Prices

All prices on aillio.dk are stated in DKK or EUR and are incl. VAT.

Payment

Payment can be made by MobilePay, ApplePay, SamsungPay, Credit Card as specified and bank transfer. By bank transfer, you are not protected by the payment card objection scheme. The amount will be deducted from your card when you approve the payment.

Delivery

Aillio Europe has a shipping agreement with PostNord and the current delivery time is stated next to each product in the webshop.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at aillio.dk. The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you received your item, or when you receive the last item in one order which consists of several different items and which is delivered individually. If the item consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last batch or the last part in physical possession. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given per. letter or per. email to [email protected] In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

Return in case of exercising your Right of withdrawal

You must return your order to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the item. You bear the risk for the item from the time the item is shipped to the item’s delivery with us. Lack of original packaging may possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use – e.g. roast on Bullet R1. If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including our delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of another more expensive form of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and under in any case within 14 days from the date on which we received the order return and ascertained the condition of the order. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Right of complaint (see special guarantee on Bullet R1 at the bottom of the page) The Purchase Act’s defect rules apply to purchases of goods at aillio.dk. When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Bullet R1 – Terms of Use

By purchasing this roaster, I confirm that:
  • I understand that I need to read the instructions before operating the roaster
  • I understand that the Bullet R1 requires regular cleaning and maintenance for safe operation
  • I understand that negligence / misuse of this shaker cancels the 2-year warranty
  • I understand that Bullet R1, like any other shaker, may break and require time to repair, and that Aillio will not be held responsible for any financial losses incurred during this downtime if I use Bullet R1 commercially
  • I understand that a desktop / laptop computer is required to provide firmware updates for Bullet R1 through the RoasTime software, and that these firmware updates are required to maintain the operation of the machine
  • I understand that if the toaster does not work properly, troubleshooting the Bullet R1 requires a desktop / laptop computer connected to the Internet that also runs the latest version of the RoasTime software
  • I understand that this machine can start a fire if used incorrectly

Bullet R1 – Warranty conditions

Limited Warranty (Non-Transferable)

Aillio Europe guarantees that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the day it is shipped. If the product fails within the warranty period, Aillio Europe will, in our estimation, either send spare parts for replacement or replace the product at no cost to the original buyer. In the event that the original purchaser requests Aillio Europe to repair the device, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping charge to the service center. If the two-year warranty has expired, Aillio Europe can repair units at a reasonable price depending on the fault.

Delimitation of liability

In the event of a malfunction, the buyer’s only option will be repair or replacement as described in the previous sections. Aillio Europe cannot be held liable to any party for damages caused by defects in this product. Damages include, but are not limited to, the following: Lost profits, lost savings and or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product. Under no circumstances will Aillio Europe be liable for more than the purchase price in order not to exceed the current retail price of the product. By using the product, the user accepts all these terms.

What is not covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that were discovered while using this product as recommended by Aillio Europe. This warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does it cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized alteration, lightning or natural disasters. Damage caused by any of the above circumstances may result in a repair fee without warranty.
